Massage is used to decrease pain, improve mobility, promote circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid, decrease swelling, lower blood pressure, stretch connective tissues, speed recovery from injury and surgery, and improve both posture and skin tone. This treatment is performed by a current massage therapy student working towards completing their required practicum hours and supervised by a Registered Massage Therapist. Student Massage is not eligible for insurance coverage and must be paid for at time of appointment.
